  • TWO COOKING CHAMBERS Our double-insulated smoker oven and a brick hearth baking oven are both fully lined in stainless steel. The lower baking oven retains heat through its fully lined brick hearth base, sealed from smoke & ash. The upper smoker oven circulates that authentic wood-fired taste while smoke roasting foods to perfection. This combination offers endless opportunities: Smoke Roast, Hot Smoke, Cold Smoke, Bake, Braise, Plank, and Slow Roast.
  • SLIDE-OUT FIREBOX The oven’s unique Slide-Out Firebox makes firing up and maintaining optimum heat levels a snap. The Firebox is airtight, allowing your fuel to burn slowly and efficiently.
  • DUAL LUMINOUS DIAL THERMOMETERS let you easily monitor and maintain two distinct cooking environments.
  • STORAGE Nearly four cubic feet of weatherproof storage is built into the oven’s base, keeping both fuel and accessories dry and readily accessible.

What are the Actual Dimensions inside both Ovens?

 Inside Oven Dimensions:

 Pizza Oven-  Stone Surface Size is the controlling factor in the Pizza Oven.  There is another layer of 3 Stones (Front to Back) 1.5" Thick underneath the .5" Thick Pizza Stone.

 Pizza Stone Size:  15.5” Wide by 23.25” Deep.  Overall Oven size above the stone is 16.25" Wide by 24" Deep. Total Oven Height (from the Top of the Stone) is:  10.25” with a Second Shelf positioned at 5.75” above the stone surface that will accommodate another Pizza Stone.  It can also be used for baking in pans.  

 Smoker Oven- The Smoker Oven has a lower rack to accommodate a Water/Drip/Roasting Pan.  We provide 2 of these pans with our unit, but a roasting pan can also be placed on this rack or a heavy duty cookie sheet.  Make sure you allow room for smoke circulation around the sides of the cookie sheet as all the smoke and heat enters the chamber below this lower oven rack.

The Upper rack is positioned directly above the provided Water Pan.  This rack, like the bottom one is 16” Wide by 21.75” Deep.  The overall Dimensions of the Smoker Oven are:  16.25” Wide by 24” Deep.  Height Clearance from the Lower Rack/Roasting Pan to the top of the Smoker Box is:  9.25” and Clearance from the top rack is 6.5” to the smoker oven top.  The Smoker will accommodate 3 full racks of Baby Back Ribs, or 2 Pork Butts or a Whole Brisket or a couple of Chickens.  It does not accommodate a larger/taller item like a Turkey, but can hold a Pork Loin Roast or Leg of Lamb in the roasting pan.

 The Pizza Oven can also be used for roasting and is slightly higher at 10.25”.  We also enjoy Planking directly on the Pizza Stone for many types of plank roasting.  Although the oven is smokeless, it does have an air bleed hole at the back and can accommodate not only planks, but also our Chip Strip or a Chip box placed directly on the stone to introduce smoke into the chamber.  We’ve also had oven owners start their pizzas in the stone oven and finish them off in the upper oven to add smoke flavor to them.
