Return and Exchange Policy
Effective date: April 1, 2011
The Outdoor Chef Store wants to ensure that our customers are satisfied with each purchase they make through our site. Within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return any item. We will refund the original purchase price of the item to the same card that was used to purchase it once we receive it in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories. Prior to sending in your return, please contact us via telephone or email for a Return Authorization (R/A) Number. We ask that you mark the outside of the return package with the R/A Number, include a completed Return & Exchange Form from our site, and wrap the package securely.
Returns on orders over $200 will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item, we may require additional payment and will contact you when we receive your return to arrange for this.
If you are returning an item that was defective when you received it, please indicate as such when requesting your R/A number and on the Return & Exchange Form so that we may ship you a new item upon receipt.
Please return all packages to the address we have designated below. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package for the value of the contents in the return shipment.
Please allow a minimum of seven days from the time we receive your returned shipment for us to credit your refund.
